Course & Training Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all educational programs offered by LAB Beauty Atelier, including online, virtual, and in-person courses. By purchasing or enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Course Access and Scheduling

  • Digital Courses: Access is granted manually within 2 hours during business hours (Pacific Time) after purchase.

  • Virtual (Zoom) Training: A team member will contact you within 2 business hours to schedule your live session and grant course access.

  • In-Person Training: You’ll be contacted within 2 business hours to schedule your session and receive training location details.

  • A Gmail account is required to access course materials hosted on Google Drive.

2. Model Policy (Virtual & In-Person Courses)

Virtual (Zoom) and Half-Day In-Person Trainings:

  • Students are responsible for providing their own live model(s).

  • If a model is needed, LAB Beauty Atelier can provide one for an additional $30 per model, to be paid prior to the training date.

  • Model fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

Full-Day In-Person Training:

  • LAB Beauty Atelier provides all models for this training at no additional cost.

  • Students are not required to bring their own model(s).

3. Course Materials and Copyright Protection

All manuals, videos, and other educational content are the intellectual property of LAB Beauty Atelier, protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Students agree not to record, copy, share, or distribute any materials, videos, or course content without written permission.
Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in access termination and legal action.

4. Final Sale Policy

All course sales are final and non-refundable once access or scheduling has been confirmed.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted after purchase.

5. Certification Policy

Some courses offered by L.A.B Beauty Atelier include a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of all training requirements.

If your selected course includes certification, this will be clearly stated in the course description.

Certification Note:

Please note that:

  • A Certificate of Completion is not a state license or professional credential.

  • Licensing requirements vary by state, and it is the student’s responsibility to verify compliance with local or state regulations before performing lash lift or tint services.

  • L.A.B Beauty Atelier strongly recommends confirming requirements with your state board or local licensing authority to ensure you are legally and safely practicing.

6. Post-Training Support

Students who complete qualifying courses receive ongoing support for the duration specified in their course listing (typically 1–3 months).
Support is provided via email only.

7. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in any course or training, you acknowledge that LAB Beauty Atelier and its instructors are not responsible for any injury, damage, or misuse of information provided during the training.
Students are responsible for maintaining safety and compliance standards in their professional practice.
